BVI

Virgin Gorda Life is just a little bit slower on Virgin Gorda, so named because this British Virgin Island resembles a large reclining woman. The laid-back pace of the island is the perfect excuse to take your time, wading along the granite grottoes of The Baths, doing some casual snorkeling in Devil’s Bay.  Trip Adviser

Tortola Let your boat charter take you to the largest and most well known island within the British Virgin Island is Tortola, which is approximately twelve miles long and three miles wide. Road Town on Tortola is the capital of the islands and the major harbor.Marinas on Tortola include Village Cay Marina, Fort Burt Marina, Inner Harbour Marina and Nanny Cay. Trip Adviser

Other not-to-be-missed islands in this archipelago offer their own unique flavor. Stop at Sandy Cay, one of the uninhabited islands of BVI, and hike the well marked trail that runs the length of the island. Don’t miss the spectacular snorkeling at the Indians, a small group of rocks located just Northwest of Norman Island.

The smaller islands of BVI include; Beef Island, Cooper Island, Ginger Island, Great Camanoe, Great Thatch, Guana Island, Mosquito Island, Necker Island, Peter Island, and Salt Island. Blue Paradise boat charters will take you where you want to go!

Side Trips

Guadeloupe

Brush up on your Francais and head to this decidedly French, undeniably Caribbean Archipelago. Part of the French West Indies, Guadeloupe has it all: rain forests, waterfalls, sandy beaches and charming villages.
Like a gargantuan butterfly that has landed between Antigua and Dominica, Guadeloupe is really two islands connected by a narrow channel. The left “wing” is Grande-Terre, and the right “wing” is Basse-Terre. Offshore, on smaller surrounding islands – Marie-Galante, La Désirade and Iles des Saintes – you can step into societies that have changed little over the centuries. Info by Caribbean Travels.

Pinel Island

Charming Pinel Island, or Isle Pinel, is a tiny island on the north end of St. Martin. It is the place where residents of St. Martin go to relax on the weekends. Enjoy a relaxing day exploring, sunbathing or swimming the pristine and shallow waters of this tropical treasure.
